What is PACE Place Immersion?

PACE Place is a unique immersion model of service designed to help increase your confidence and competence in a home environment.  (Immersion Defined)

One Week

You will spend approximately five hours per day working directly with the PACE professionals.  The full days help families immerse themselves into the therapeutic lifestyle without feeling rushed.  (1 Week)

Two Homes

We have two beautiful PACE Place homes that are comfortable and fully operational.
