We have two beautiful PACE Place homes
that are comfortable and fully operational. Click on either
picture to see interior images.
PACE Place
The original PACE Place is a two-story
farm house built in 1920 which has been remodeled and decorated to
capture its “old-fashioned” feel while maintaining modern standards. It
is a charming two bedroom, one bathroom home located on the property of
Project P.A.C.E., Inc. The master bedroom has a queen bed while the
second bedroom has two twin beds. A portable play-pen is available for
our younger guests and blow-up mattresses will be set up for larger
families. The living space is on the first floor of the home. The
entire upstairs floor is an open play space perfect for rough and tumble
play, games, and relaxing in huge, plush bean bag chairs. The backyard
has play equipment and open running space for exploring the wonders of
Oregon. The kitchen is fully operational with new appliances, a
microwave oven, and is well-stocked with utensils and cookware including
a coffee pot and complimentary Starbucks coffee beans to ensure that you
sample the riches of the Pacific Northwest. A new, full-size washer and
dryer are available for your use in the home.
PACE Place II
PACE Place II is located two blocks
away from the PACE office in a new townhouse development. This modern
home has two bedrooms and 2 ˝ bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen
bed with a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds with
it’s own bathroom. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. A
portable play-pen is available for our younger guests and blow-up
mattresses will be set up for larger families. The first floor of this
home is a large kitchen and pantry, which make cooking your own meals
convenient. The kitchen is fully operational with utensils and cookware
including a coffee pot and complimentary Starbucks coffee beans to
ensure that you sample the riches of the Pacific Northwest. The living
room and a half-bath are located on the first floor, creating an open,
comfortable living space. The townhouse has a washer and dryer in the
unit for your use. The complex also has a swimming pool (during the
summer only) and a fitness center for your enjoyment.
